The all new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 is a full size pickup with a base price of around $31,695 for the quad cab Tradesman 4x2 with a 3.6 liter V6 engine. This does not include destination fees. The top of the line model is the Limited and that starts around $44,695.
Dodge is offering some deals on the Ram 1500 Big Horn. One is a 36 month lease for $299 per month with $3,499 due at signing, not including taxes, title, and fees. The available financing deal is for 5.9 APR for 72 months plus a $1,000 cash bonus.
The Dodge warranty is a five-year or 60,000 mile powertrain warranty for anything related to the covered powertrain component. The 3 year or 36,000 mile basic limited warranty provides bumper to bumper coverage. They also offer 5 year or 100,000 mile roadside assistance service.
The base model is the Tradesman, featuring vinyl flooring and upholstery, the Uconnect infotainment system with a 5-inch touchscreen display, automatic headlights, heated side mirrors, push-button ignition, and a rearview camera, The HFE adds V6 engine with rear-wheel drive. The Big Horn adds foglights, tinted windows, floor carpet, an air suspension, LED headlights and taillights, side steps, power-adjustable pedals, and an 8.4-inch touchscreen. The Rebel is for off-roading and comes with specialized off-road tires, front tow hooks, skid plates, fortified shocks and suspension, and an electronic-locking rear axle. The Laramie trim level adds front and rear parking sensors, leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front outboard seats, a heated steering wheel and keyless entry. The Longhorn adds a spray-in bedliner, chrome side steps, power tailgate release, automatic high beams, and automatic wipers. The Limited adds a standard adjustable air suspension, chrome exterior trim, power-retractable side steps, premium-leather bucket seats, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.
Optional advanced safety features include adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, a surround view camera system and a self-parking system. There is also a large 12-inch touchscreen and zoomable back up camera for easy hitching available.
The V8 crew cab can tow about 11,200 pounds in the 4x4 and 11,500 pounds in the 4x2 with the 3.92 axle option. It also comes with cargo lighting, movable tie down rails, and a Rambox that has large power-locking outside storage bins, moveable cleats, and a moveable fence.
The standard engine is a 3.6 liter V6 with 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. There is also a 5.7-liter V8 with 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet or torque. Both engines have an eight speed automatic transmission, a 3.21 axle ratio, and rear-wheel drive.
The Uconnect system comes with a 8.4-inch or optional 12-inch touch screen with a voice control and navigation system. The digital cluster display is 7 inches and puts all the information the driver needs in plain view with color high definition graphics.
