    Galaxy Tab 4, you turn off the device then press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons. Release the buttons when you see the recovery screen and the Samsung logo. For the iPad, from the home screen, press and hold the Power and Home buttons for 5-10 seconds until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears. When the Apple logo appears, release the buttons. Press the Home button to unlock the iPad. For Microsoft Surface Go, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and release. Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release. Wait 10 seconds, press and release the power button to turn on your Surface and see the Microsoft logo.
